These rules are set down to make things, hopefully as clear as possible. If you have questions regarding these rules, please email me. Do not assume that I mean something, as I will not accept that excuse. These rules are ones that I follow to make these graphics and uphold the artist's terms of use. They are also subject to change at any time I see fit. So, I recommend that you check them every now and then to make sure that there has not been a change to them. I also ask that you remember your manners. I will not tolerate rude people. If you want to be rude, well, I can too but would prefer not to have to. Please and Thank You are strongly suggested, as my 2 year old nephew already says please and thank you.. If it comes down to it, I will make that a requirement as well.

1. <<<<I will allow membership to my sig club without a website. However, in the future, I may start up another section to my site for lineart and tubes that it will be a requirement for you to have a website so that I can see where the graphics will be going.>>><<Change Made 5/14/2008>>>

2. Your site must be in English or there must be an English translation, as that is the only language I speak fluently. I am learning "toddler" again. I took Spanish and French while I was in school, however, that has been 20 years ago. My memory is pretty good, but not that good. So, if I cannot read your site, sorry but there will be no graphics purchased from me.

3. You must have the following three scripts on ALL of your pages-unless it is a linkware page with YOUR graphics, and not mine!!. There are no ifs, ands, or buts about this requirement. If you do not have the scripts, email me or most anyone in the graphics community, and we will point you in the right direction. Here again, no excuses will be accepted. No scripts-no purchases. The three scripts that I require are: The No Right Click Script, The No Drag 'n' Drop Script, and The Disable Image Toolbar Script. These three scripts protect the graphics that I have made or used to produce my items. It also protects you from getting into trouble with the artist and with me. Without these scripts, you will be required to either add the scripts or you MUST remove the graphics until you do follow the terms. Dynamic Drive is a great place to find these scripts; however the No Drag 'n' Drop script is not on their site. I also use the No Select Text Script on my site as well. Email me if you need the No Drag 'n' Drop script mailed to you.

4. Payment is only accepted through PayPal at this time. I will entertain other thoughts, but PayPal is my preferred method. I am verified through PayPal, as I also use this account for my eBay auctions. I can accept credit cards and I will take a check: however, when using an e-check there will be a waiting period of 7-10 days, or until I receive notification from PayPal that your payment is in my account.

4B. <<New as of 10/3/2007>> Access to the Member's Area will not be allowed until the logo that is sent to you is put up & linked back to my site at http://www.punkindoodlesgraphics.com . There are no exceptions to this rule.

5. If you do not respond within 48 hours of receiving the PayPal invoice, I will assume that you are no longer interested in your request.. Siggies will not be done until after I have received payment for them, as I do not want to work on something you don't end up taking. Once payment is made, there are no refunds or exchanges. I am sorry, but this is my rule. There are also no refunds for memberships once you have been given admittance to the members' area. There are no exceptions to this either.

6. If you have a password protected member's area, I do require the log-in info for it to make sure that my terms are still being followed. This will hold true for once there are tubes in my members' area and since I have added some graphics for download to use on your site as linkware. I will not use the log-in info for my personal use. Should I decide to join your member's area, I will apply as anyone else would need to do.

7. You must have a family-friendly site. If you have any kind of racism, hatred, bashing, filth, porn, trash, etc. on your site, do me a favor and don't waste mine and your time requesting my graphics-memberships, or purchase-ware. I will not send graphics to anyone that promotes abuse of any type. I think abuse is a despicable act especially when directed towards a child, animal, an elderly person, or a person with handicaps-both mentally and physically. If you agree with these actions, you had best move on somewhere else, as I will not hesitate to tell you my feelings toward the behavior that you condone. If I cannot sit in here and allow my niece or nephew to come in here while I am on your site, then you do not need to ask. I also do not tolerate religious intolerance, profanity, vulgarity of any type. If it is controversial, FORGET ASKING!

8. The graphics are to be used as decorations for your site only. They are not to be shared in any groups. They are not to be claimed as "your own graphics". There is nothing worse than a liar to me, and I have nothing to hide when it comes to the graphics that I have on my site. I will tell you where the tubes & lineart come from, or if I have made them on my own. My memberships are where I have gotten these tubes, lineart, tutorials, etc. from. So, please check with those sites.

9. You must use a text link when using the sigtags in an email, and if they are used on your site I require a clickable link. The link to use is: http://www.punkindoodlesgraphics.com .

10. This is not one-stop shopping for graphics. These graphics are not public domain, and I have the permission of the artists to place them on my site and offer those that are in my pixel shop for sale. You may not use these to make any type of collections for sale or distribution purposes. If I find out that you are doing this, I will turn you over to the artists, and they will be the ones to seek restitution for their broken graphics requirements. You may not use them to create sigtags, stationary (stats), or add something to it and call it "your own". That is a major NO, NO. *******NONE of my graphics-adoptions from NutterButtercup Adoptions or Purchaseware from PunkinDoodles Graphics are to be shared or distributed in any graphics groups, forums, etc. They are not to be used in any groups that "Share" graphics PERIOD!!!********** If someone besides yourself wants the graphics, THEY must get them from ME!!! You may use them in your update groups. This change has come into being because of some people snagging graphics and taking things that they should not have.

11. If you do not think you can uphold these terms, please do not request. My rules are fairly simple, but I am a stickler for those guidelines. When requesting Membership to PunkinDoodles Graphics Member Area, please add Papa's Girl in the terms test section of the application. This will show me if you have read my terms or not. If it is not included, you will not receive the graphics-purchaseware or the membership-that you are requesting. You will not hear a word from me, so I suggest if you are serious, please put the required info in. Please note that even if you do not read the terms, you are still required to abide by them to the letter. There again, no excuses will be accepted.

12. When requesting tags from the member's area, I do ask that you be cordial. It is disheartening to see an email that only has your name and the ones that you want. I will only accept orders from Sunday (12am EST) to Thursday night (11:59pm EST). The rest of the week will be spent filling orders and creating so I can offer you more tags and other goodies. My family and I come first. If I am unable to fill orders one week, I will make arrangements to either take care of orders through other means or I will add time to your membership, and for lifers you will get a special goody or two to make up for it.

13. Finally, enjoy your time here. I am thankful to have you here. I don't mean to be so demanding, but I am looking out for me, you and the other artists in the country graphics community. I have made a lot of wonderful friends and Sisters here. I refuse to let them down by not requiring the adherence to my rules as well as theirs.
